Big Girls Don't Cry - Excercise classes for large ladies was formed in 1995 by Jeanette Pike, a qualified P.E.A. Certificate in Excercise and Health Studies Instructor. Herself a large lady, she has set up several classes in the Plymouth area to educate all women regardless of their age, size or general fitness condition, that it is possible to achieve a greater awareness of excercise and the many, many benefits it has to offer both mentally and physically.

Jeanettes' classes are unique because they welcome "BIG" women and have been featured in "Womans Own", "Bella" and several regional newspapers as well as appearing on "The Vanessa Feltz Show", "Kilroy", "UK Living" for Sky TV and is currently filming a health and fitness series for Meridian Television.
